Southern Cross Creative Design is a company specializing in design and creative services, including brand identity development, digital design, UX/UI consulting, packaging design, editorial layout, and marketing collateral creation.

3. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the work produced by Southern Cross Creative Design during and after the provision of services remain the property of Southern Cross Creative Design until full payment has been received. Upon receipt of full payment, ownership of the final deliverables as defined in the agreement will be transferred to the client.

3.1. Use of Materials

Clients may use the delivered materials strictly for the purposes outlined in their agreement. Any additional or alternative use requires prior written consent.

4. Client Responsibilities

5. Payment Terms

Payments are due pursuant to the invoice schedule outlined in your agreement. Late payments may incur additional fees or interest charges. Services may be suspended or terminated if payment obligations are not met as agreed.

6. Limitation of Liability

Southern Cross Creative Design will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the use of our services or deliverables. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the relevant services.

7. Confidentiality

Both Southern Cross Creative Design and clients agree to keep confidential any sensitive or proprietary information exchanged during the course of the project, unless disclosure is required by law.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement upon written notice if the other party breaches any material term of these terms and conditions and fails to remedy the breach within a reasonable timeframe.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Melbourne, Victoria.
